DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose
  • Manage and lead the development of initiatives across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, usage, billing, customer service and retention) in order to drive subscriber acquisition, retention and revenues, leading to incremental OSN subscribers, improved marginal contribution and increased profitability
  • Manage the overall Sales, Marketing and Service Group strategy and support on budgeting
  • Identify and pursue performance enhancement opportunities across all aspects of Customer Operations including sales operations, marketing communication, media optimization, customer service and retention
  • Review tactical decisions for promotional offerings in core and emerging markets (product structure, pricing, campaigns, targeted segment), and support the business on broader portfolio pricing decisions

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Experience required:
  • >8 years working experience in similar domain, preferably strategy and / or consulting experience with aptitude in complex analytics
Education requirement:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or Business
  • MBA preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Ability to think strategically and draw insight from complex data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to develop framework and approach problems in a well-defined and structured manner
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently
Competencies:
  • Excellent analytical, project management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in developing management presentations and business plans by leveraging Powerpoint and Excel
