Job Description:
1. Establish and monitor the complement of the business development strategy and target for Huawei IT Outsourcing service.
2. Analyze and understand customer strategies, future product plans, and expansion activities to develop penetration strategies for new business opportunities.
3. Engage telecom C level executives, effectively brief and leverage them on strategy and tactics to enhance high level customer relations through Business and Technical consulting services
4. Attending related forum/summit/workshop to improve HUAWEI IT Outsourcing brand and image.
5. Successfully negotiate difficult and/or critical business matters, through interaction with executive level managers both internally and externally.
Job Requirments:
1. Bachelor degree in IT is a must, Master or Doctor is preferred.
2. More than 8 years working experience of in IT Outsourcing Services. Successful ITO sales experience is a must. Project Director and Consultant experience is preferred.
3. Working experience in global top IT companies is preferred (IBM, HP, Accenture, etc.).
4. Fluent English speaking and writing is mandatory, French or Arabic is preferred.
5. Strong skills in Business Development, Solution Architect and Strategic Planning, expert knowledge of IT industry from both service and product perspective, strong sales and customer engagement skills. Success sales, consultant experience is a must.
6. Management experience as Project Directors, Sales managers is a must.
